Jump City | Trampoline Park | Cheshunt

We managed to get a jump in before tier 4 shut it again and we wasn’t disappointed. Clean and staff really friendly and helpful. I had boys with me ages 6 14 17 and they all loved it xx

Great set-up of trampolines and foam pits. Not sure why they don't encourage adults to wear a face covering during the under 5's jumping sessions. It's not like it will restrict your breathing while looking after your child (at least not for most people). Also, why do we have to buy new socks every time due to new covid policy? It's about as useless as buying a new pair of pants from the trampoline checkout. I'm more likely to carry the virus on my trousers if I went to sit on a bench where someone infected had sat on. I wouldn't put on the jumping socks to go to the supermarket and take my shoes off, only to go trampolining after. It's clearly a way to make money or someone didn't think this through. I've got 6 pairs of socks if someone wants to buy them off me...

Amazing service. So pleased you are reopen! I visited last week and everyone working at jump city went above and beyond to make myself and my family feel safe (not to mention keeping it as fun as possible for the kids!) They had put in brilliant measures like taking my temperature upon arrival, social distancing markings to queue, hand sanitiser available across the jump park & the neon orange arrows showing the one way system to the cafe! My Niece’s and Nephew has such a fun time I will definitely be coming back!
